I anticipate what will be a bad review of your hotel which certainly cannot have a 3-star category. In my four-day stay you didn't bring even a spare roll of toilet paper, the three mini-sized bars of soap had to be enough for 4 days for three people, we weren't given shower gel despite repeated requests, a towel each it seems to me a hotel service, I had to deposit 5€ for the remote control (ridiculous) to be able to see only 3 channels and also with bad reception. The cleaning is really poor, the breakfast of bad quality and very poor. The pool looks like a bathtub with bad maintenance and positioned under the telephone repeaters, in terms of safety not up to standard. The air conditioning is turned off at 9.30 leaving people boiling inside their rooms, it is not clear why. I could go on, but I will in the review, where I will post the information sheet with the ridiculous extra money requests for services that should be included.

The bus station is near. The staff is very nice.

The staff was really helpful and polite. The room was spacious and convenient. The hotel is located near to the most famous beach destinations of Malta.

The room was so bright that even with curtains I would woke up at 6am.

we was there for 10 nights and sheet wasn’t changed.

When I reached the hotel it was closed and there was a sign saying that it would reopen after the winter season in March 23. I was relocated by the hotel after a while and transferred to Canifor Hotel. The van had no functioning seatbelts. Paiement by card at the hotel was not possible. The rooms were not noise isolated at all, people kept shouting in the corridors and shutting doors until well past 2am. I had to get off the room several times to ask people to behave themselves. Reception did not help at all. On top of that, there was no light switch to turn off the balcony’s light. It was controlled by reception and they did not turn it off until 23h30. Moreover I believe that there was an electrical problem somewhere, the fridge kept doing funny noises as if it was trying to re-start every 15-20’. My phone kept being illuminated as it kept charging/ not charging not stop. Last but not least, the sink was surrounded by hard water marks.

The staff was very friendly and nice. ☺️ The breakfast was amazing 🤩 The request was being delivered about the baby crib especially 😊
