It's proximity to the old town.Just inside the City Wall.The studio had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.We chose to eat out but the kitchen was very well equipped if required.Very close to all the sights,Bars & Restaurants.Near beaches.Close to Ferry to Islands.We took ferry to Uglijan.Only 20 mins from the mainland.It was beautiful Island.Much quiter then Zadar.We loved it so much we went 3 days out of 6. On 2nd trip we hopped on the bus at Preko and went out to Pazman another sleepy village.On the 3rd trip we took the bus from Preko out to Kucklija.If we ever returned to Zadar we would like to stay on the Island.

The only thing that we didn't like was the musty smell when you enter the apartment.However we knew beforehand from previous review about it.We were out all day so it did not bother us really.

It has absolutely everything you would need and within easy reach of everything.

There was no outdoor space to sit comfortably.

The apartment has everything you might need, the location is great and the owner is easy to communicate with :)

The bed could be more comfortable :)

Perfect location in the old town, within close walking distance of lots of great restaurants, bars, and attractions. The Studio was beautifully appointed and had all of the amenities I could possibly have needed. Matija was communicative and friendly - and made lots of great suggestions for places to eat and drink! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zadar
