We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. It’s amazing value for money for Annecy, located in a quiet part of town while still being within walking distance of everything — the train station is less than a 20-minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Nespresso coffee, tea, all the necessary utensils, and toiletries were provided, which was a lovely touch. Fred, the host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re back in Annecy!

It’s an okay small studio with all facilities as described.

It’s a 25 minute walk to the city center. The airco is a standalone unit that doesn’t work at all when it’s really hot in the summer, so I had to buy a ventilator at the supermarket, I asked the owner Fred to leave it there for future guests.
