Allgemeinzustand des Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Insgesamt ist das ACHAT-Hotel nicht schlecht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war angemessen.

Leider war die Klimaanlage außer Funktion. Dafür stand ein elektrischer Heizkörper im Raum. Der Aufzug war defekt. Das Schwimmbad in der 5. Etage. Die Parkplatzsituation ist bei Vollauslastung suboptimal. Der WLAN-Empfang war in dem von uns genutzten Zimmer schlecht. Eine Lampe war defekt. Das Zimmer war recht hellhörig.

Dat de lift het niet deed en dat onze kamer op de 6e verdieping was. Dus flink wat trappen lopen.

Aufzug am ersten Abend defekt, blieb das ganze Wochenende so, hatten Zimmer im 5 Stock.Am Morgen beim Duschen wurde das Wasser kalt.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr großzügige Sauna.

Leider war der Aufzug kaputt.

Great hotel. We booked the night before, very last minute, having no idea of the town etc. What an amazing place to visit. Parking was great for the motorbike - off the road and in front of the main doors, away from any cars. The food was really good. We stayed for 2 nights and ate once in the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar area has a nice garden too, for evening drinks.

* Breakfast is not at the level of 19.00 EUR. I expected to have more variety of vegetables and continental breakfast (toast, for example). * Parking is expensive, narrow and you don't have the guarantee to find/keep a parking space.

We found this hotel while looking for motor-friendly hotels on mein-tourenhotel.de. The hotel has clean rooms and a decent breakfast. It's location is simply superb, close to the town center but perfectly reachable from the main road. We traveled per motorcycle and the staff kindly pointed out that we could park close to the main entrance. Great!

One of the staff members was rude to us on the day we left. My partner has an older motorcycle that needs about 2-3 minutes to warm up by running stationary with the choke partially open. We're aware that this generates noise, which is why we waited until 10:30 to not wake people up. Right before we left, another motorcycle couple, both with older motorcycles did the same thing. About a minute after the other couple left, an annoyed & angry staff member walked up to us and started accusing us of letting our motorcycles idling for 10 minutes while not doing anything with them, that the exhaust fumes were filling the hotel lobby, that idling is not environmentally friendly, etc. We tried to explain that we just came downstairs and started my partners motorcycle about a minute ago, that its an unfortunate, but necessary step for us to be able to hit the road and that the 10 minutes idle-time was a misunderstanding based on the motorcyclists that left before us. After promising we would try to leave as soon as possible she left, still annoyed and clearly not believing anything we just said. We understand that this whole situation is based on a misunderstanding, but there was no reason to be rude, especially while not knowing all the facts. A little politeness goes a long way, please keep that in mind for the future.

Notice someone smoking and the whole corridor smells of smoke. The bathroom should have a shower instead of a bathtub . Quite dangerous Need a water boiler and complimentary tea or coffee

We arrived 23:30 and there were nobody there at the reception, so we were trying to contact the number that they left on the front door but it was not working!! We had to call booking to try to help us so we had to wait until 01:00 for having access to the room! Was really tiring and bad situation

Breakfast should be better

Rooms a bit dated. Germans annoyed that the English wanted to use the sauna with shorts on & not naked!
