Easy and friendly check-in. No apps! Room was clean and fine for my stay
Thin walls - easy to hear other guests

Location perfect for our requirements. (Family live nearby) Also handy if you want to be close to the convention centre.
Wifi poor and unreliable

The personnel were very kind and empathic with our needs. They made our stay in Berlin an extraordinary experience.

Very close to the s-bahn station and the conference centre. Some bars and cafes in the vicinity.
My room had a sink.
The windows were openable and a fan was provided during the hot summer.
The TV was an old non-smart TV so no access to YouTube/streaming etc.
While my room was advertised as having a private bathroom, this is very much more honoured in the breach than the observance: the bathroom is private in that it is only accessible by the occupants of the room, but it is out of the room and past several others down a corridor.
