This was a beautiful little hotel. It was clean and well presented. Great location. Comfortable beds. The staff super helpful. I’d recommend it.
I gather there was no air conditioning. This was okay for us as it wasn’t too hot and we could open the window. I would think about this if traveling in summer.

I stayed for 3 nights in a single room. The room was small, of course, but didn't feel cramped and had a proper closet. The bed and pillows were terrific, and the bedding and towels were nice, too. I skipped the buffet breakfast but ordered a la carte; the food was well-prepared. The staff are friendly. The hotel is a very short walk from Mirabelleplatz with a big bus hub there. (as well as Schloss Mirabelle and the gardens)

Good location and staff responded well to issues with the room.
Room servicing to prepare the room was not great. Also, issues with the bedside lights that could not be resolved. It was fair but probably doesn't offer value for money compared to other properties in this price range.
