The pods were spacious, clean and the system gave me a sense of security. The rental bikes for the Shimanami are right under the hotel!
The other travellers (foreigners) were inconsiderate and noisy.

Clean and great location.
The capsule was far too hot to sleep comfortably. At one point during the night, both the air conditioning and even the ventilation appeared to be turned off, making the space feel extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. As a result, I barely slept, which wasn't helped by other guests making a lot of noise throughout the night.
The towels provided were only small face towels, which made it difficult to dry yourself properly after showering.
Also, the lights remained on the entire time!
