The house was neatly decorated and clean.
One bathroom.

Located in a side street, just off a main highway, it provides easy access to any route in the area, yet it doesn't have the street noise. One level. Hard floors. AC is cold. Excellent laundry in garage. Beds are great. There really isn't anything that I did not like.
Everything was great.

Good location for area we needed to be in. Very comfortable beds. Cozy home. Plenty of options for all of us coffee drinkers. :) Very easy to contact host, responded quickly to emails. We had additional family member join at last minute with pets and host was very accommodating.
Unable to locate extra toilet paper, lots of close shopping available, problem solved easily. We had 7 family members and dinner plates for only 4, solved with paper plates. Plenty of flat ware available.

Price was right. Bed was comfortable
There are only 3 plates, bowls, etc. Lots of pots and pans and silverware, but nothing to eat on.
Yard is in bad shape, tall weeds by the garage .
I don't want to throw them under the bus, it was comfortable but really needed some TLC.
I saw the 9.5 and 10 scores. It's certainly not....
