El alojamiento está cuidado a cada detalle. La ubicación es excelente.
En la habitación Rosso las camas suenan mucho, haciendo que sea difícil descansar sin querer molestar al acompañante.

Tutto molto pulito e organizzato . Posizione ottima per mezzi pubblici e parcheggio. Camera e struttura molto gradevoli . Bagno ben vivibile ( anche se condiviso) . Buoni spazzi comuni .

The location is quite convenient, the apartment itself is clean and spacious. Even though you only get the bedroom as the private room, it is a generous size. AC was great.
Shared kitchen isn't usually a problem, though a shared bathroom can get tricky. Our rating was lower due to our opinion that the stay is overpriced for what it offers. We were lucky that the folks sharing the space were very respectful and quiet, but do keep in mind you will be at the mercy of strangers remaining respectful. You will hear doors opening/closing and walking in the hall from your bedroom. We were too tired to wake up to such sounds, but do consider this if you are a light sleeper.

The place was very clean and it’s very well connected to the train station and to the old town of Florence. Also the host was quickly to respond and the communication was smooth.
The room was falsely advertised, not mentioning we had to share a bathroom with another room and while the balcony was advertised as sharing between all rooms it connected to one of the rooms directly and the people staying in this room used it all the time.
Our beds were extremely old as was the rest of the furniture, the mattress was super saggy and much too soft and when we moved or turned it made extremely loud noises. We could hardly sleep any of the nights.
