Desayuno excelente y cena buena. Hotel con buenos servicios y parking gratuito en la puerta. Transfer gratuito a pistas y guardaesquíes. Habitación amplia. Personal muy amable.

Por decir algo, las habitaciones quizás no estén a la altura de un 4 estrellas. Son cómodas, amplias y limpias, pero no les vendría mal una renovación y mejorar la insonorización.

Staff were very friendly and so welcoming and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi although could do with a decor upgrade were such a lovely facility to have the use of. Roto breakfast area and outdoor area so lovely. Beautiful furniture pieces and old ski photos around the hotel. Nice size bathroom. Great selection of food for breakfast.

noisy floor in the rooms. The wood is getting older.

this is the first time we stayed at this hotel since it was taken over by the liberty group …we have stayed at least 5 times previously …we like the location

we didn’t like the fact that we we in a very noisy ground floor room. we were told that one of the occupants above was hard of hearing and hence this is why it was so noisy?? …we asked to be moved but we’re told there were no other rooms …we checked to see if we could book other rooms and we could via booking.Com so not sure this was true the restaurant seems to have been sold separately to the hotel . if you don’t eat fried food ie a cooked breakfast, kids cereals or white bread then you may want to reconsider your hotel choice…. also as we had a ground floor room with no outside space we were really shocked to learn that we could not sit on the terrace (considered park of the restaurant as opposed to the hotel) unless we bought a drink ….despite the terrace being full of friends of the staff ?? strange the sauna is no longer operational …disappointing in a ski hotel it is such a shame as the abba formigal (it’s previous name) was our family favourite ski hotel … …looks like we have to find somewhere else for next year
