Clean and staff-friendly, unfortunately, there was a lot of car noise from Hoon drivers in the vicinity late a night which was a little disappointing.
Breakfast was average, and it would be fantastic to have a coffee machine. Also the carpark needs some attention around the bird faeces, which is quite rank.

Everything, it was quiet, relaxing and easily accessible! Staff were amazing and the food was the best! Hot Springs were Devine. Buffet breakfast fresh and lots of choices, room service for dinners! The arancini was bomb!

Duna was way too heavy, spare blanket appeared a bit old.

The location is excellent. The geothermal water and the facilities are amazing. Cleanliness in the pools was very good too.
Staff didn't communicate with customers for anything outside of the pre-prepared answers. We wanted to add credit to our account to use for available service or treatment or even packages - but there was no support nor collaboration for it. It was a strict policy to keep to the available offers only. Which did not sit well with us, as a first time visitors, not knowing what to expect.
