The location was a short walk to the main part of the city. The apartment had everything needed & their were no issues

Everything. There was so much attention to detail. Everything we could think of and more was there! Lovely apartment. Hot tub was very relaxing and the privacy was 10/10. Brilliant little stay in a good location - we managed to walk everywhere!

One of the best things about this property is its location. It is very close to the city centre, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the property, making transportation very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and has most of the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay. The internet connection was super fast, and the TV streaming service was excellent. The TV in the sitting room is also very large, which makes watching movies and relaxing particularly enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic appliances and equipment needed for a longer stay. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, a reasonably large fridge and an additional drinks chiller, which are all very useful. The customer service response time was also great. They respond to chats almost immediately.

I stayed at this aparthotel for two weeks, and unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. There were several issues that significantly affected my stay. Cleanliness: The cleaning of the apartment was very superficial and clearly not a detailed or thorough clean. There was visible pile of dirt behind the window, which was particularly unpleasant because the window looks directly onto the street. Behind the bathroom mirror was dirty, and there were cobwebs on the artificial flower/plant in the toilet. The diffuser in the toilet finished very long ago but never refilled or replaced. You can tell from how dry the reeds were. The sponge holder around the kitchen sink was particularly concerning. It had extensive mould underneath the silicone. I initially tried to clean it, but when I turned it over, I discovered what appeared to be months, if not years, of accumulated mould. It was genuinely disgusting. The oven was also not properly cleaned. There was old food inside, including food with mould on it. I initially tried to clean it myself, but it became clear that the oven had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The kettle needs descaling because any water boiled in it cannot be used for even tea because of the years of scale build up. Bed and pillows: The pillow was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, the bed was also uncomfortable. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Heating and maintenance: The heating takes some time to start, although once it eventually comes on, it works reasonably well. However, the heater in one of the rooms was not working at all. I reported this from the first day of my stay, but it was never fixed before I checked out. No complimentary cleaning or replacement of essentials: Despite staying for two weeks, there was no complimentary cleaning whatsoever. There was also no replacement of towels or toiletries during the entire stay.
