Good size, comfy beds, good for access to Edinburgh, close to Livingston North station - 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive (large car park at station). Private off-road parking. Clean and well equipped.
Agree with other review comments about the unattractive location behind shops and take aways, though it’s much nicer once you get inside. On flight path for airport so aircraft noise from quite early. Could do with some lamps in the living room. Not a proper shower, just a hose attachment.

Everything you need in the flat, also a shop 2 minutes around the corner
The shower was Strange, no high wall mount

Location was fine, kids playing outside but it was a lovely day.
Slightly noisy after 9pm as neighbours were chatting outside but nothing too bad. It was a lovely hot day so can't blame them

"Location and value for money, it was a lot cheaper than paying for a hotel in Edinburgh. The train station was just a 10 minute walk away. The appartment was clean and it had everything we wanted. Sit..."
