This hostel is like a family house!
The location is perfect and the owners are very welcoming and treat you like family!
It’s an experience to stay at this place!
The shower is very good!
There isn’t accessibility in case you need it.
Just two toilets but I did not have any problems regarding this.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of hanging space in the room, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Well equipped common kitchen.
The hosts are very welcoming and friendly with tips for enjoying the visit to the city.
The location is good for the historic area and it's a block and a half from where the bus from the airport drops you off (Via Roma stop).
Things to be aware of are that Palermo is a very noisy city so if you are a light sleeper, you want to consider earplugs because the windows won't keep the noise out.
Also, it's a third floor with no elevator, so take that into account if you have heavy luggage.

The host was extremely friendly and super helpful.
We had a street facing room. The traffic is REALLY loud till very late, also with the windows shut. The staff clean the bathroom every day but the shower and toilets are very outdated so it still felt a little grimey. It is quite a basic accommodation.
