Lovely apartment in an outstanding location. The view from the terrasse is incredible and a place I‘ll never forget (and I say with with 30 years of travel experience). Everything is like you see in the pictures. The owner is a supersweet and nice lady, and you can text her if you need help, as she lives close by. The apartment is climatized, which makes absolutely sense during hot days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom is modern and spacious. Pool area is fabulous and as well maintained as the whole residential complex. You drive around 5min down to the lake. Private secure parking in the complex is provided. Maybe important for some: you have to climb around 40 steps to get to the place from the parking. And you should like cats, as there are a few which belong to the complex and they like to stop by for some food or some love. Would definitely love to come back. Grazie Fabiola!

If I have to mention anything: the internet/wlan could be a little more stable. And in the evenings, the sound of some racing motorbikes is coming up the hill (which is not the fault of the owner of the flat) - it lasts around half an hour, and the rest of the time, it is so wonderfully quiet, you can even hear the rooster yelling in the neighborhood.
