The staff..they were very helpful.
They even allowed us to keep our bags for free at the reception after the check in

great location, market down the hostal open until 3 in morning, the staff very nice , they even let me take a shower before going to airport in late afternoon, check out was at 11 morning
you can hear the doors in morning closing or people talking in hallway

They made us pay an additional for having reserved a room for a personal and in the end we were two, however, they only gave us a single bed.
Also the room was very small, like a jail.

The room was clean and the bed was OK.
Breakfast was not available and not included, although on the Booking.Com website it stated that website was included !!!
The shower did not function properly, water leaked from the pipe and unavoidable to have water spilling on the bathroom floor, we reported it at the frontdesk office upon check out ...

The room was cosy, clean and well presented with good quality white sheets. Bathroom was very clean and well presented too.
If there was Tea and coffee making facility in the room, that would have made me give this survey 5* stars

Close to the city, nice facilities, great view, friendly staff, more than what was expected. Hotel has upgraded from what is seen in the photos. Had a great stay
No lift and we were on the 4th floor.
