The housekeeping guy at afternoon shift the tall guy he doesnt know how to talk to guest and very unefficient to all request. Breakfast was good with lots of stuffs to choose from (buffet style). The location is excellent with lots of shops, eating places and the red-line metro which makes other places in Dubai very accessible. A big hug to the lady at the reception desk who welcomed me with a sweet smile & kind words. Got a room on the upper floor. Drinking water supplied freely (very good initiative, specially in this sizzling hot weather). Aircon was super while the bedding was nice. A small fridge is even provided.
Nothing. This is my second stay in this hotel: Highly recommend. I will definitely come in the same hotel next time. May be the tv channels need to be upgraded by providing You Tube, Amazon, Prime etc...
