This place was wonderful. After traveling for almost a week, this place gave us the space to spread out, relax and do laundry. It is within walking distance to a large mall and tons of food options.
My only slight complaint is the lack of fans for the rooms. Yes we visited during a historic heat wave and if we kept the windows open with the blinds shut it wasn't bad in the rooms, but fans to help circulate the airflow would have been divine. There was one in the biggest bedroom and that was helpful but please consider offering a fan for all the bedrooms - especially in summer.

I wish I could rate this apartment 1 star just so nobody else ever tries to stay there. It's my apartment now. I want it only for myself every time I visit Kaiserslautern. It was much larger than expected, modern, and WOW! Walking distance from everything. Did you know there's a mall and an Aldi, tons of restaurants, and a bar across the street? It's so affordable too. The only thing I would advise is to make sure you bring your own soap/body wash. Maybe some extra toilet paper and laundry pods. Otherwise, everything was included and marvelous.

Room was nice, a/c not working had to open windows but outside was very noisy at all hours of the night. Needed more towels were given only two for 3 people.
A little complicated to find parking, if gate is not open you have to get out of car to push code to get in and out of parking lot. Overall ok.
