I simply cannot say enough about this host and our stay! Peter and Patricia have just been amazing to work with. Communication was immediate and Peter even took the time to call me when he knew I was stressing about the timeframe of our arrival. He took the time to make sure I was at ease and I can’t tell you how much that meant! He also took the time to tell me about places the area we should visit if we had time and told me what buses to take to go to NYC etc. The house was clean and just perfect for our stay. And lastly wow that view!! Simply amazing! I would come and stay again with no hesitation. Thank you Peter and Patricia!

I absolute Recomend this place. The host was an angel that was willing to find a solution for a mistake with the check in date and time. He communicated well and went out his wa to accomodate 14 teens and adults. We are so grateful for the host Peter.

The space was alright. Downsides were that there weren't enough towels provided, no toiletries provided, some broken appliances. Also dissapointing was the additional fees that were charged that weren't readily apparent on vrbo. On the bright side, the view of the city was wonderful and a nice surprise. Parking was easier on the street than anticipated. The owners were fairly easy to get in touch with ( though not through the VRBO website) and somewhat responsive.
