The place is very nice, and in a great location

I stayed at this location as a compromise option due to my original location having maintenance work done. This location was not to the level I had hoped. It is located in a very dense area of downtown Indy and at a very complex intersection. The noise level from the street was out of control all night long. All of the sliding doors in the unit did not work properly. The bathroom door was broken and would not slide at all. The two sliding doors to the bedroom area did not function well either. The apartment was sparse with creature comforts when it came to furniture. You can tell this is a short term rental unit that is not being maintained that well. I feel I should have received a discount on the rental cost as this unit did not compare to the unit I had reserved at the Penrose location. All in all the place was just ok, but not for the price I paid to stay the week. No gym, nothing conveniently close as far as grocery stores, difficult to get into the parking garage area, you have to turn down an alley. Very busy traffic intersection location with five streets converging into one intersection. The host was amazing and worked with me on my issues at this location promptly. 5-stars to CozySuites Customer Service.Pro tip, take a photo of where you leave the parking passes for the garage to avoid trying to be charged for not returning. I was glad I did this and saw this tip from a previous reviewer.Would I stay here again, not at all. Better locations for the price.
