Clean, nice location, great communication and as advertised. Cart rental was a bonus touch that made the weekend for us.

McKinney is such a cute little town! The house was close to everything. The golf cart was awesome to get to the restaurants and shops super quick! Lots of room in the house. The host was amazing and very responsive!

Great spot. Good location, nice host

We had a really good stay overall and would definitely consider coming back. The location was excellent and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The host was also fantastic — very communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Patrick gave us several great restaurant recommendations and helpful local tips that made the trip better. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely set up, and the large backyard was a huge plus for our dogs. We especially appreciated having outdoor space for them to run around. The downstairs area was a little unusual, with a lot of mismatched furniture and a somewhat cluttered feel, but it didn’t impact our stay too much since everything was functional. The deck and stairs could also use a little maintenance, as a few boards were sagging.Overall, though, the positives far outweighed the negatives. Great host, great location, and a comfortable place to stay.
