Perfect location. Within 10 minutes of a town with all your needs and 25 minutes to the best shark teeth beaches around. The pool is almost always empty so it’s like having an Olympic size pool to yourself. Bonus on a stormy day- waves crash along the shoreline. I spent many hours each day enjoying the pool and back porch. This community is so peaceful.

This property was as described. Chris was awesome with responding on the website and getting us instructions for gate and villa. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable! There was a clog in the toilet on our 1st day but I contacted Chris and he sent a plumber out and was fixed by the time we returned later in the day ! Enjoyed the Florida sun :) and even saw a bull shark in the water in front of the villa. The pool was amazing as well. Recommend villa. Only thing to change would be to have new cushions put on patio chairs.

This VRBO was wonderful. The Unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was the icing on the cake. It was huge, the water water was warm and it was never crowded. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Chris was a great host. He was quick to reply to any questions. We ordered from the Big Bamboo Asian fusion restaurant and the food was awesome. Overall it was a great place and a great location.
