Peaceful living environment where the owner warmly welcomed us.

Idyllic rural location with ducks and wildlife, set in lovely verdant garden setting. Spacious and comfortable.
Although tea and instant coffee were provided, there was no milk in the fridge which would have been a nice touch. It's a rural location, so we can't really complain about the rooster that started crowing at 2am and again at 5:30! Also, it wasn't straightforward to find the property - so a GPS pin would have been handy, or detailed instructions on how to find it from the road. As would a paved path from the parking area to the door, rather than wet grass

La proximité avec la nature et les animaux de la ferme (poules, oies, canards, moutons)
Rien, tout était super, mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais, le confort et la proximité avec la nature était vraiment un atout

The ducks were cute and it was nice to be in a separate building from the house.
Signage to know we were on the correct property would have been nice. The patio door faces the duck pond however is also where the owners walk past. Ok but not very private. The bunk bed mattress was very thin and we could feel the boards beneath it. A few large insects and flying bugs to deal with were expected but was difficult to sleep catching some of them. The rooster continually sounding his alarm from 5:20am on was not expected or appreciated. We understand this is a working farm home but it would have been nice to know this would occur in advance.

"Excellent accommodation, with everything we needed and more. Very friendly, available and helpful owners . Loved being shown around the farm (and involved). Such a calm and beautiful place to relax in..."
