Great location, place and price

Ann was there at the property when we arrived and was very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and appeared recently decorated, the sun room overlooking the gardens, beach and marina was great. There was everything we needed apart from one or two kitchen utensils that we have let Ann know about. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great with access to local supermarkets, restaurants and public transport- as well as the beach and gardens

Cosy bed with an electric blanket which was delicious.
Hot shower in a fully renovated bathroom
The sunroom out the front over looking the park and bay is just lovely with a comfy built in bench seat, lots of cushions and beautiful windows.
Can’t hear traffic at all inside.
Only thing to be aware of access is one flight of stairs both front and back which won’t suit some, but they’re sturdy and wide enough to carry a suitcase, back pack, handbag and food bags all at once like me because why go to the car twice if you can do it once. Good little workout.
