The hotel itself was quite good and the staff was increadibly open and helpful!
Our room faced the construction site, so we asked to be moved into another room. The staff did their best to move us ASAP and the rest of the stay was great!

The location was good easy access to central Yerevan. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were a decent size. Flexible booking arrangements.
Hotel needs some upgrading and a facelift. No elevator, very basic interior and a safe that that wasn't bolted down. You can get a lot more for you money elsewhere in the city.

Location It was quiet and convenient.
Paper thin walls. The room I was in, I could hear all the talking and TV on the next room. No lamp on the nightstand. Had to cross the room to turn off the lights.

The hotel had a great location.
It was relatively clean, but there was a lot of mould in the grout around the shower. At check-in, we were asked to pay in cash if possible. We didn’t have any with us, so we agreed to withdraw money and pay in the following days. The next day, staff knocked insistently on our door and demanded payment, even though we had already explained the situation. Overall, it wasn’t worth it.
