Excellent location, caravan was spotless and had everything we needed! Host was super lovely too!

Nothing, whole experience was perfect.

Lovely location, really clean and comfortable

Nothing really enjoyed our stay

It was a beautiful location with sea views and easy access to the park amenities. Only a short walk to the beach.

The location was brilliant and the beach is lovely, we were attending a wedding so it was conveniently close to our venue. It had everything we needed and was a relatively quiet area. It was comfortable and felt homely.

Once we booked we received a message from Grant about £100 deposit we had to transfer into his personal account, which to be honest made me nervous and uncomfortable as this isn’t in booking policy, when you transfer money into someone’s account it feels slightly less trusting. We completely understand why the deposit needed to be paid, however, it’s just the way it was handled which felt wrong, this is something I strongly feel Grant needs to work on, especially because when we booked the caravan it was non refundable so if we didn’t agree with the deposit amount we would have lost the entire amount we paid for the caravan, which again felt quite forceful for us. Also the mention of a stuffed toy mascot which he said if was damaged they would take £50 from our deposit again was quite strange to us, not sure why we would take or damage a stuffed toy, this needs to be in a booking policy. The only other thing I disliked was that nothing seemed to be deep cleaned, but cleaned to a basic standard. All the dishes needed to be thoroughly washed, we noticed some empty razor packaging on the bathroom floor and a few hairs in the shower.
