The apartment was perfectly situated in the center of St Raphael. Very cosy and well equipped. The conscierge, Emilie, was very kind and helpfull.

This space was great. It was super large and spacious. The deck had an amazing view. And could see the town square from the bedroom. Beds were comfy. It had an easy walk to the sandy beach and restaurants. As well as the parking was very close. We also enjoyed the complimentary Ferris wheel tickets and a bottle of wine.
We did not read that it didn't have A/C. Being from North America, we were not ready for that. Also, being on the 3rd floor with no lift gave us more exercise than we were hoping for.

Nice location
be aware it is on the top floor with no lift so around 100steps to the apartment not ideal with luggage
Also we had no communal lighting which was extremely dangerous in the night
