Izuzetno lijep hotel. Uredno I čisto. Vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Doručak izvrstan sa lokalnim namirnicama, puno sadržaja koji su u cijeni same sobe. Predivan mini godišnji sa mojim mužem.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Spa-Bereich, sehr gemütlichem Zimmer mit einem traumhaften Bett, dazu freundliches Personal und ein großartiges, regionales Frühstück.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Service from staff good, dinner and breakfast great. Room was good.

Gym facilities are externally branded and shared with other hotels. You need to walk through a weird underground tunnel to get to it. You even need to talk through this tunnel to get to the restaurant. The reception looks like a bar, rather than a 5 start hotel reception. When I arrived, there wasn't even anyone behind the desk, or anyone there at all. When she finally arrived from somewhere, the reception staff looked very flustered. Its not her fault - a 5 star hotel should have at least 2 people on the desk. She was very helpful once she arrived, so the service is great.
