The neighbourhood and location was good. It was easy access to get in with code. No disturbances. Little noise upstairs, just maybe a couple times I could hear them. You had your own parking spot in driveway. The place was nice.
It was cold as expected with central air going in the basement. Bring a warm sweater. That would be my only complaint. Oh and no wash cloths

The location is central. The living area and rooms are spacious and comfortable
There were not enough cooking and eating utensils as we were a family of six. Other things were complete.
