Loved the location and view of the beach and sea, quiet spot with great outlook. Excellent range of kitchen equipment compared to other apartments we've stayed in. Nicely laid out apartment.

The balcony was a little tight and the flip up table on the balcony didn't work. The bedroom window had no blinds or net curtains so we were unable/uncomfortable to leave the big blind up during the day as it faced directly out onto the walkway. One of the lamp bulbs in the bedroom didn't work and also needed a longer lead to reach the plug on the other side. The freezer compartment in the fridge was hard to open and frozen up inside. The front door and some internal doors were a little difficult to open and close quietly. Would have appreciated a welcome booklet maybe for local information, including the fact that there are no local shops or convenience stores so needed to go into Newquay. One other thing - although it wasn't an issue for us, we didn't realise how up and down steps access to the apartment was.

“The location was great, with a beautiful view and the relaxing sound of the sea. Very close to the beach, although there are a few steps to get down. Overall, a very pleasant and well‑situated place.

The only thing I would improve is the front door, which opened and closed quite loudly and required a bit of force. I imagine the neighbours might get woken up in the morning because of that.

Clean, comfortable and right by the sea. Loved it. No complaints and I’m fussy. Thank you for a lovely stay.
