Comfortable house in a great location for the 3 of us women on our walking holiday in the Wye valley.
We parked our 2 cars right opposite the house with no problem.
A nice lounge and the garden for relaxing after walking.
Quiet spot but easy to get to other places like Coleford and Tintern.
Lovely walks from the house.
The local gastro pub provided a delicious dinner one night.
I found the small bedroom rather cramped for an adult woman but it was manageable for a few days and the bed was comfortable.
We would have liked clearer information on a couple of things - how to make the TV connect to the DVD player, what to do about recycling - sorry we didn’t notice the boxes outside until late in our stay.

Location was perfect, cottage was very clean, spacious for 4 adults, teenager and a dog, beds comfortable, great facilities, great enclosed garden. Parking opp cottage. Would def return

We had such a lovely stay at The Hazels! The accommodation was so cosy, warm and inviting, and we immediately felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard, such a lovely and peaceful place to sit and relax.
There was also a lovely selection of DVDs for the kids, which was a really nice touch and made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. The attention to the little details really made a difference.
A perfect, relaxing getaway in the Forest of Dean. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back again! ❤️
