Accessibility to the unit. It's located at the ground floor and just steps away to the parking lot. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Commercial center is just 5-10 minutes drive. So many choices of food you can order through online app.
The unit is located next to the main road. Sometimes we can hear the noise from motorcycles on the road at night.
