Good location, but still far from the stations if you're arriving with luggage
I found it old and small, the bathroom gets completely wet while showering and smells musty. When we left, I got the time wrong (checkout 10 am too early), so was 40 min past checkout, and although I apologized, they wouldn't budge and charged me 1,000 yens

The location is great - a few minutes from a metro station, a Life supermarket, and convenience stores. The room is quite spacious.
The building and some of the facilities in the room are old. The room is alright but can be cleaner.

Great location for a great price. It is about a 5 minute walk from the subway which loops around the city so you can get anywhere. The area is also quiet despite being so close to a main street and the owner is such a nice guy !

The property is located within walking distance from some main attractions. It is also very well connected to metro, train station and also to the airport. The room was quite big compared to other accommodations and it was sparkling clean. I was provided with towels, toiletries, hairdryer. Generally very clean.
The facilities seemed quite old and some furniture was ruined, looked like it needed changing. The bathroom as well gave me the idea of being quite old.
