Right on the mall, small studio apartment with kitchenette, fridge and all basics. Nothing too fancy, but great value for money. Free parking and access to swimming pool and gym. Right on a mall, so plenty of options for food or shopping. You can buy groceries and bring everything in a cart right to your door. Responsive owner through WhatsApp. I stayed 3 weeks and got (after requesting) a sheet replacement once, and full serviced cleaning another time. Very good view overlooking the city.

Many ants in the room, need to always watch out for your food. I did use repellant and chalk to handle the issue, but I wish this was handled by the management instead. Ants can be very common in many accommodations in South East Asia, but that doesn't mean it should be acceptable. Cleaning was ok but not fully throughout. Several spider webs on the ceiling, for example. Aircon was good, but very slow on the first day, takes long time to chill the room enough, so might be an issue on short (1 day) stays. I just kept it on all the time and it worked great for my few weeks. Kitchenette a bit basic, wish more amenities could be provided (ie. second stovetop and larger pots, more cutlery). I couldn't get an electric kettle for tea after asking, just a coffee maker instead, which I didn't need. No washing maching, but there's laundry service near the front desk, just a bit slow and expensive compared to other options outside the mall. Needs some small fixes (hanging bathroom vent, kitchen hood light not working, balcony door a bit dislocated. Overall, enough for one person on a budget stay, but a bit tight for two.
