This hotel may not seem very fancy from the outside but it was a near perfect stay. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom was modern and noise level was very low. The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was within walking distance of the boardwalk and Hassan II mosque (just turn left at the exit and go all the way down the street). It is also one minute away from a very popular and affordable restaurant called Alhayba which offers takeout (there was a lineup and security guards). Just turn right at the hotel entrance/exit. If you plan to still be in the room in the late morning, just remember to put the sign on your door so the cleaning staff are aware. I forgot to do that. I could not find any fault during my stay and would stay here again.

I noticed that the towels were scented which I did not expect. It may be better if there is no scent in case some people have sensitivities to it or do not like the smell.
