A Cozy Place Penang

The location is next to the street with street food and restaurants. The cleanliness of the bed and towel is up to my expectation. The guest house are well managed. Outsider are not able to enter guest house without the security code. Guests are given the code numbers to unlock digital lock so save the trouble to carry the access card.

To provide two bottles of drinking water for the guest will be good.

A very cute place in a great location. The room was a nice size and very comfortable, and the common areas were nice to sit in. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was super nice - and the staff were responsive when I messaged them through the app.

I was in an upstairs room, which meant I had to walk down a flight of pretty steep stairs to get to the bathroom - I knew this when I booked so it wasn't a surprise, but if you have trouble with stairs I'd recommend staying in one of the ground-floor rooms (they don't have windows, but having seen the rooms I don't think I would have minded this - some have opaque glassed panels that let in light from other parts of the building, and the ventilation generally seems good in the building).

We had a wonderful stay! Lovely facilities, very clean, responsive and helpful hosts, easy self check in, great location! On the first night we found the pillows uncomfortable, so I contacted the host and she bought us new, very comfortable pillows within the same day.

A little noisy with the road nearby (as we chose the room with the window onto the road) but earplugs were provided and it didn’t really bother us

Struttura comoda vicino al centro.

La camera che abbiamo prenotato era senza finestra e consapevoli di questo dalle foto era ben diversa dalla realtà. Andava bene per una persona, in due non si riusciva a muoversi, il bagno con il wc praticamente attaccato al muro in cui era impossibile sedersi normalmente. Praticamente è come se fosse il bagno di un camper! Piccolo puzzolente di fogna. La camera era super umida e la cosa più grave, piena di zanzare. E ha la moquette sul pavimento.
