The property was clean and very comfortable. The staff is the best at the front desk. We accidently booked a smoking room and found out during check-in time. Then the front desk ended up, giving me the non-smoking rooms. They were so accommodating and constantly was there to help us with a smile. This is the best collective staff at a hotel so far in Japan.
Rooms can be a little bit bigger so we can fully open the suit cases but this is a business hotel so I get it
