The staffs if very friendly and helpful, the receptionist teams Tuân, Giang, Quỳnh, Nhung, Phương, Khiêm is especially supportive for small childrens and the elderly of the group.
The parking is at the back of the resort and does not have quick access to go inside, you have to walk around resort from the outside back to the front entrance.
