The location, the animals the boma, the layout of the unit. The peace and quite the first night , the houseman
Property needs desperate maintenance- the deck is damaged the hand railing are loose, the sliding doors are damaged and don’t work. The one bathroom the hot water didn’t work, and there was no rugby channel. Unit nearby partied the whole night and the staff all seem to be aware of the unit. The swimming pool wasn’t heated .
