Modern & Clean: The apartment has been recently remodeled, was very clean upon arrival, and features nice touches like a few USB outlets and an elevator (though it is quite compact!). Comfortable Living: The air conditioning worked very well to keep things cool. We also appreciated having a washer, dishwasher, clean linens, and extra blankets. The beds were okay for a comfortable night’s sleep. Helpful Fixes: When our kitchen sink drain unexpectedly stopped working, maintenance was quick to repair it the very next day.

Location: The walk to the train station is a bit far —plan for a 12 to 15-minute walk. While there is a bus stop 3 to 4 minutes away, it didn’t run in the direction we needed. Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen was a bit under-stocked. It lacks basic essentials like kitchen towels, hot pads, a pizza/sheet pan, and proper cooking knives (only butter knives and a bread knife were provided). Additionally, come prepared with your own coffee and instructions if you plan to use the espresso machine. Supplies: bring your own hand soap and extra garbage bags, as none were provided. (We ended up taking our trash directly to the roadside dumpsters ourselves to help manage a minor ant issue in the kitchen). Communication & Instructions: Check-in was very brief, leaving us to figure out several things on our own—including how to operate the electric window shutters, find the gas switch for hot water/cooking (after a chilly shower!), and empty the AC condensation jug. Maintenance & Service: One of the bedroom balcony shutters was stuck halfway and couldn’t be fixed during our stay, which blocked access to the balcony and light when we wanted our room darkened. Additionally, the bidet drain was broken, we unfortunately were never informed of it being off-limits until I mentioned the issue.
