Hotel Dell'Urbe

The location was excellent...less than a five-minute walk from Rome Termini station. My room was perfectly clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. While I initially couldn't get the TV to work, the young man who checked me in handled it immediately. He called for support, followed the instructions to set it up, and had it working perfectly within a few minutes. All of the staff at this hotel were amazing. They truly went above and beyond to meet my needs, always with a warm smile, respect, and utmost professionalism. A BIG THANK YOU to the team!

The only downside was the older air conditioning system in my room. After being on for about 20 minutes, it would start making a very loud noise, forcing me to either adjust the settings to less-cool options or turn it off completely. While I totally understand that this mechanical issue was outside the control of the front-line staff, it is something management should definitely look into updating or fixing it up.

Staff were very friendly, very nice room and great location for us

Would of liked drink facilities in the room had kettle and cups coffee, tea etc in the hall We couldn’t work the tv just said no signal

Clean, appropriate for my overnight stay, well situated near the train station. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Location to train station, nice restaurants on doorstep

No internal soundproofing so very noisy, cleaners smoking this allowed smoke in room, and at 5ft 10, weighing 80kg the shower to small too move
