Right in the heart of Villefranche, close to beach and restaurants. Some local stores nearby for breakfast or other quick groceries. Kitchen well equiped for basic needs. Large living and dining area. Large windows gave it a charming french vibe. Interesting choices for all types of decorations. The AC in the main room did its job well. Ladies from the agency were very professional and careful. When we pointed out some missing things they immediately accommodated. Communication went well, they responded right away to any question.

The toilet was separate from the sink and shower. It was weird to walk across the entire apartment to wash hands after each toilet use. The toilet did not feel very hygienic. Don't think they sanitize it before other guests. The bathroom with the shower was ok. Had water leaking and neighbours complaining from downstairs. The agency sent a plummer to fix it temporarily. The TV did not work at all, the owner had to buy a new one during our stay. The only place to dry your clothes was a clothline. Not necessarily bad, but in the afternoon, the restaurant below had customers watching you putting your underwear to dry. Half the apartment has wooden floors that squeak like crazy whenever stopped on. There was this general smell of old grandma and stale mold all the time in the apartment. We could only open windows to freshen up a bit during the mornings because it was too hot. Beds were not really double but more like for 1.5 persons. Two adults, rather thin, could not sleep comfortably in the available two person beds. My wife had to sleep with our kid and me alone to get a good rest. There was loud music during the day and night - not sure if from the restaurant below or another neighbour. Also the staff from the restaurant below are really noisy at closing time and in the morning. I woke up constantly from the screaming or other noises from outside. Half of the electricity plugs were not working. We had to find the weirdest places to charge our devices.

A wonderful spacious apartment in a great atmospheric location. Exquisite decoration & comfortable for evenings in. One main bedroom. Two additional rooms, though both not private. The AC is excellent in main room & fans for other rooms. Very atmospheric as in the centre of old town. Shops, café etc all on doorstep. Beaches walking distance. A great base for Nice, Grasse, Monaco etc via frequent trains so no need to drive.

Hardly any issues it was a wonderful stay. Very well managed by the agency. A very minor recommendation.. bed linen, sheets & pillows could be set up for all three beds. Coffee pods for a different machine, both coffee & tea machine not functional, pieces missing.

The pictures dont do this extraordinary properly justice. This was a large apartment with kitchen, dining room, and comfortable beds. It felt like home and we didnt want to leave.

There are a lot of steps to get up to the property. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who has trouble walking.
