Sehr sauber

Great location in town. The was a fan! None of my friends rentals had fans and we were in Germany during a heat wave. Overall, I would stay here again... especially in the cooler months.

AC would add a tremendous value in this location in the summer. I know Germans typically do not have AC but for tourist, you could really stand out if you added AC.

Schön renoviert. Große Schlafzimmer und bequeme Betten. Parkplatz vorhanden. Mitten in der Stadt. Schöner Essbereich.

Die Dachgeschossfenster konnten nicht verdunkelt werden, daher wird man mit der Sonne wach. Die Kissen waren viel zu dick zum Schlafen. Der Ausfluss in der Küche hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Leider gab es keine Kapseln für die Tassimo-Kaffeemaschine.

+ Great location, 10-15 minutes walking distance to 2 supermarkets and the old town + Clean spacious apartment with tons of windows and lots of light + Huge TV in one of the bedrooms that was great for relaxation + Kitchen was stocked with a water heater, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and cutlery + Host was responsive to the multiple issues that cropped up which made our experience better

- The trash in the kitchen was not cleared, and due to the heat, there was a smell. The host came by the next afternoon to take out the trash, but by then, we were fed up with the smell and had taken it out ourselves. - There was less than a full roll of toilet paper with no extras. We ran out by the first night, which was quite distressing for a group of four. Thankfully, the host dropped off several new rolls early the next day. The host offered to comp our breakfast at the restaurant close by, but we were leaving early and could not take him up on it. - The shower drain did not drain properly. We wanted to clear the hair or the blockage, but it was quite difficult to lift up the drain cover and we could not clear the drain ourselves. - One of the pillows did not have a pillow cover for some reason so I went without a pillow for two nights. - We arrived during a heatwave, and the apartment had a lot of windows, so it let in quite a bit of heat but didn't have AC. This was totally understandable, though as the booking did not list AC and we found out that surrounding hotels and apartments also did not have AC. We were provided with two electric fans, but one of the fans did not work. Thankfully, it rained at night, and thus, we were able to keep cool. This is really quite a nice apartment to stay in, but the list of small but significant hiccups was somewhat distressing.
