Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet (Surfboard über der Eingangstür) mit überwiegend ortsansässigen freundlichen Einwohnern. Der Zugang liegt in einer Einbahnstraße, die aber keinen Durchgangsverkehr hat. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in der angrenzenden Umgehungsstraße. Ein Kiosk ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, etwas weiter ein weiterer Kiosk und eine gute Bäckerei, zudem mehrere Restaurants (Stil, Longolino, Fuerte-Bar). In Richtung Strand haben wir zumeist das Auto benutzt - ca. 5-6 Minuten bis zu einer Parkmöglichkeit in Strandnähe. Die Unterkunft hat einen gemütlichen Wohn- bzw. Küchenbereich. In der Unterkunft gibt es gutes WLAN und diejenigen die einen entsprechenden Account (z.B. Prime) besitzen, können auch ohne Probleme deutsche Live-TV Programme empfangen. Einmal in der Woche hat uns die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche versorgt.

Gelegentlich gab es nächtlichen Hundealarm. Es gibt einen Absatz im Bodenniveau zwischen dem offenen Wohnbereich und dem Küchenbereich. Als funktionierendes optisches Signal haben wir die in der Unterkunft befindliche Stoffkrake als an der Kante liegende Markierung verwendet.

L'appartamento è in una posizione tranquilla, comoda a tutti i servizi, a 3 minuti con l'auto dal centro. È dotato di tutti i confort e molto apprezzato il kit di benvenuto.

Un occhio in più alla pulizia

The bed was very comfortable. Very good shower. Parking was easy at the end of the road. Hostess is very helpful, she brought a couple of mugs as there were only espresso cups. Good communication with her. A bottle of bubbly with some chocolates was a nice welcome. Nice to sit on the small balcony which catches the sun.

The kitchen needs a couple of smaller knives to prepare food. There was just a large chefs knife in the drawer. A bread knife would also be helpful. No toaster as advertised. There were only espresso cups. Needs some regular size cups. Needs a door on the bedroom as the bright street lamp shines through the rear glass door. Needs a curtain in the bathroom window as guests can see through the frosted glass! Only one electric socket in the bedroom and only one bedside table. Most people have a mobile phone and smartwatches etc that need charging overnight. Bedrooms are so small there are no wardrobes or storage in them. There is a small internal lobby with hanging space and drawers and a large mirror. Suitcases have to be stored here too. It was ok for two of us.

Very clean and spacious . Very well equipped. Lovely hot water in the shower. The complimentary items were a very nice addition and probably more than you would normally expect. Nice roof terrace with plenty of sun Mini market could be found a short walk away
