Great location. A tram stop right across the street. Just a few minutes to the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Comfortable bed. Spacious terrace with a nice view. Easy elevator access to the 7th floor. The keys were ready in the lockbox. Picking them up at a different location was no problem. We were very satisfied.
Towels were not included in the price of the accommodation.

Central location with tram line at the door step. Close to the Promenade des’ Anglais and a Carrefour opposite the building.
We traveled in a group of four. I enjoyed cooking but kitchen utensils and baking trays are not available.
