Ubicación, comodidad y holgura. Baños muy cómodos y amplios. Cocina bien equipada. Tranquilidad a pesar de su ubicación céntrica.
Hay un cierto hedor ocasional a alcantarilla proveniente del baño, no muy grave pero a veces molesto. Algunos muebles ya muy usados.

Fantastic location, great air conditioning, staff met us at the apartment and then we just posted the keys through the letterbox so really easy system. Uber was only £20 from the airport.

People that I spoke with to collect the keys were nice. The location was good for what we needed (close to beach, close to poblenou, walkable into Barceloneta)
one room had no a/c. Main room with en-suite had awful sewage smell from ensuite bathroom. No basic shower gel provided. Facilities very basic. Had us wishing we paid a small bit more for a hotel with all the above and access to a pool.
