L'emplacement, la calme.
On sent une odeur de canalisation désagréable dès les escaliers. Par moments, elle se faisait sentir jusque dans l'appartement.

A cosy and spaceous apartment in a perfect location. It was clean and had everything you need for a short stay.
There are two main drawbacks to consider before renting this apartment.
The lack of airconditioning is the main driver of the low rating as the apartment gets really hot. There were a couple of fans but they were not sufficient during the high temperatures that we experienced (end of May).
The are two quite steep flights of stairs with narrow steps that can be challenging if you have large, heavy luggage.
