I need a refund please

The accommodation was not comfortable hence I could not stay there. The accommodation is a family house and the husband is not at home. The toilet and other utilities were in the first and ground floor while the room in the second floor respectively. I told the owner on phone that the place was not conducive for me and Booking.com agent was also informed of my inability to stay or sleep in the accommodation that I need a refund of which he assured me they'll get to the owner sent an email but the owner refused to respond.

As stated above 1. It's a family house 2. The room was not comfortable enough for me 3. The utilities - Toilet, Tea, drinks were available at the lower floors 4. The pillows were very flat and the bedding was very filthy with clothes on the floor. 5. I did not stay for the night in the family house to avoid any form of complicity of interfering in family issue.

Excellent accueil, personne arrangeante ! Chambre à l'étage, pour ma part c’étais un bon emplacement à 10 mn de marche du lieu où je devais me rendre. A côté d’un geabs parc. Gare de Bloxwich à 10mn à pied.

Rien, tout était parfait !
