We stayed in this studio for 2 weeks to recover from a medical procedure. There are many restaurants and minimarts (and a grocery store) within walking distance, and using Grab was never an issue. This place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the minifridge, elevator, microwave, and little balcony!
It was about a 20 minute walk to the metro, which wasn't a big deal to us, but might be to others!

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Transportation was very convenient; there was a bus stop just 100 meters away.
It would be better if the clothesline on the balcony were a bit longer; it can't hold the clothes for two people. The microwave pot is too small; it would be better if it were bigger.
