North Fields Resorts

I had a wonderful stay at North Field Resorts, Skardu, during the 3rd week of September and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Skardu. The owner, Shabeer, is a young and genuinely hospitable person who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff are equally warm, courteous, and helpful. One thing I particularly appreciated was the flexibility with breakfast. They prepared it according to our preferences, which made the stay feel much more personal. They also helped arrange a vehicle for our Deosai visit, making our trip much easier and more convenient. Its always great to come across a young owner who is putting so much effort into building a quality hospitality experience. With the cleanliness, personal attention, friendly staff, and willingness to help, North Field Resorts is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Skardu. Wishing Shabeer and his team continued success and growth. Highly recommended !

Hotel is a bit away from the main city but extremely close to the airport. People who arrive Skardu through airport will find the location as great. Would recommend people to not stay inside the city as its crowded and would recommend staying in nearby areas.

It’s the coziest little resort one can check out. Has all the basic amenities required. The owner, Shabbir is the most down to earth guy you will meet. He tried his best to accommodate me and my friend which was really sweet of him! Very humble guy! Checked on us daily and the other guests as well. Lucky for us, managed to grab him for our tours and he brought us around to check out the local attractions.

The resort is 7min drive from the airport. You can literally see the planes landing from your room window. Incase you’re sensitive to noise, the sound of the planes are pretty loud. Otherwise, it’s an amazing view! And the flight operations are only till 12pm+/-

Everything. The location is excellent and very close to the airport, and the views of the mountains are stunning. Shabir and the whole team were incredibly attentive from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, hot water available at all times, and a spotless bathroom stocked with toiletries; whenever I needed anything extra, they gave me more without hesitation. Breakfast in the morning sun with the mountain view was a highlight, and the food was delicious, they also prepared a homemade butter chicken for me that was outstanding. Shabir also manages a travel agency and basically coordinated and provided me with recommendations for my entire trip in Skardu, Shigar, Khaplu and Deosai National Park. He picked me up from the airport and took me back, accompanied me to every site on my itinerary, took photos of me along the way, and even helped me sort out cash by taking me to different ATMs and to a shop. We ended up singing songs together on the drives. Great value for money and perfect for anyone who wants an all-inclusive experience.
